Our partnership with the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center is our oldest and most consistent program. It is where Bob Regan first launched the concept of Operation Song and has benefited hundreds of veterans since.

Last Friday closed out our spring session (held Feb. 24 - April 21, 2023) with the Alvin C. York VA Songwriting Program and produced four incredible songs written by veterans and our very own Jamie Floyd.

Jamie enlisted the help of her husband, Jimmy Thow, to sing and record several of the demo’s. Together, they have created something special and we’re grateful to have them on the Operation Song team. Jamie thoroughly enjoyed the experience and has asked to return in the fall.

All four songs are incredible!
